Step 1: Sign in to Labourless
- Go to the Labourless website and sign in to your account: app.labourless.co.uk
- Navigate to Setup > Leads > Web to lead.
- Click create “New Form”.
Step 2: Create your custom web to lead form
General
- Start by giving the form a name.
- Choose the language you want on your form.
- Choose the default source, status and who is responsible for leads.
Branding
- Choose the branding of your business and select your brands primary colour.
Submission
- Select between
- Display thank you message – This means that a message will appear when the form has been completed.
- Redirect to another website – This means that after the form has been completed, the user will be redirected to a new landing page of your choosing.
- Choose if you would like auto mark the lead as publicly accessible to all within Labourless.
- Choose if you’d like duplicate leads to be added into Labourless.
Notifications
- Select if you’d like to be notified when a lead is imported via web-to-lead form.
- Choose if you’d like a specific or role-based contacts to be notified.
- Select who you’d like to receive the notification.
- After you have completed your form, click the “save” button at the bottom right of the window.
Step 3: Create the form
Form Builder
- Drag and Drop items from the left sidebar to the right-hand white canvas.
- Once you have added form fields, you can click the ped icon in the right had corner of each object. Then you can modify form field settings such as:
- Required field
- Label
- Help text
- Place holder
- Class
- Value
- Plus more
Form Information & Setup
- You can again modify General, Branding, Submission, Notifications.
Integration Code
- Finally, here you can copy & paste the “Iframe” code to your website. Alternatively, you can send this code to you web developer and they’ll support you with adding to your specific website pages or if you don’t have a web developer you can contact us and we’ll help you add to your website.

- Choose to share the form via a web link
When placing the iframe snippet code consider the following:
- If the protocol of your installation is http use a http page inside the iframe.
- If the protocol of your installation is https use a https page inside the iframe.
None SSL installation will need to place the link in non ssl eq. landing page and backwards.
