How to create a new project

  1. Login to your account
  2. Navigate using the left-hand sidebar which shows the different feature headings, and click on the heading “Work” and then click “Projects”.

  3. Once you have selected the “Project” option, you will be redirected to the Projects list. Once here, you can now view all contracts created.
  • You can use the left pull out bar to filter your projects by clients, project categories, project members and project status.
  • To create a new project, click the “Add” button in the top right corner.
  • You will be redirected to the create project form page. This is where you can fill in all the details related to your project and make sure you complete the project name, start date, deadline and project members as a minimum to create a new project.
  • Once saved, you will be redirected to the project list page. Once here, you can then select the project by clicking the project name. This will open the project, where you can select and view different pieces of information by selecting the tabs along the top of the page.

  • Once you have created the project, you can then click the cogs button at the right of each project row. You can then select between edit project, view details, Gantt chart, public Gantt chart, archive and delete.

  1. If you want to change the status of the project then click the “Not Started” button at the top right corner.
  • To pin the project, you will need to click the pin icon in the top right corner.
  • Add payment to the project by clicking the “Add Payment” button in the top right corner and then complete the form and save.

How to pin the project

  1. Select the project you want to pin, by clicking the code name of the project.
  •  Once you have selected the project and opened it. You will need to click the pin icon in the top right corner.

How to add a new team member to a project

  1. Navigate your way to the project list page, by licking the “Work” option in the left-hand sidecar and then selecting “Projects”.
  • Now you will have a full list of the projects you have on the go. Under the column name of “MEMBERS” and click the “+” button to add a new member to the project.
  • Alternatively, you can click into the project and navigate to the members tab.

Create a project template

  1. Navigate to the project list page. Once you are at the projects page you will need to click the “Project Template” button in the top right corner.
  • Once you have clicked “Project Template” you will be redirected to the project template page. Once here, you will need to click the “Add New Template” button in the top left corner.

  • Now you can add project name, project category, summary and notes.

  • Once you have completed the form, you can save the new project template.

How to add a milestone

  1. Navigate to the project page and select the project you want to create a milestone in.
  • Once you have navigated to the project page overview, you can then select the milestones tab along the top of the page.
  • Next you will need to click “Create Milestone” and complete the form, add summary and then save the milestone.
  • Once you have saved the new milestone, it will then be added to the milestones page.

How to add a new task to a project while in the project

  1. Navigate to the project page and select the project you want to create a new task for.
  2. Once you have navigated to the project overview page, you can then select the “task” tab along the top of the page.
  • Next you will need to click the “New Task” button in the top left of the page below the tab section.
  • Once you have been redirected to new task page, you will need to fill out the new task form. Make sure to add a title, start date, due date and assign to a team member.
  • Once you have completed the new task form, you can save and the new task will be added to the project.
