How to change or add Statuses or Sources for Leads

Step 1: Sign in to Labourless

1. Go to the Labourless website and sign in to your account: app.labourless.co.uk

Step 2: Navigate to Sources

Add new source

1. To create a new source, click the “New Source” button in the top left.
2. Add the name of your new source.
3. Then save your new source with the “Save” button.

Edit existing source

1. Click the pen icon to edit that lead source.
2. Modify the lead source.
3. Finally, save the lead source by clicking “Save”.

Step 3: Navigate to Sources

Add new source

4. To create a new source, click the “New Lead Status” button in the top left.
5. Add the name of your new status.
6. Then save your new status with the “Save” button.

Edit existing source

4. Click the pen icon to edit that lead status.
5. Modify the lead status.
6. Finally, save the lead status by clicking “Save”.
